A trained technician should fix any leak, test the repair, and then charge the system with the correct amount of refrigerant. Remember that the performance & efficiency of your air conditioner is greatest when the refrigerant charge exactly matches the manufacturer’s specification, & is neither undercharged nor overcharged. Refrigerant leaks can also be harmful to the environment. If you allow filters & air conditioning coils to become dirty, the air conditioner will not work properly, & the compressor or fans are likely to fail prematurely. The compressor & fan controls can wear out, especially when the air conditioner turns on & off frequently. This is common when a system is oversized. Corrosion of wire & terminals is also a problem in many systems. Electrical connections & contacts are checked during each of our service calls. The condensate drain should be free from any clogs and draining properly.

With our Commercial Monthly A/C Maintenance Plan, our skilled technicians tune up any brand of air conditioner monthly (every year). Keep your air conditioner running smoothly and benefit from becoming a Preventative Maintenance Member by receiving:
- $115 service fee during normal business hours. (Savings of $10) – If you decide to proceed with the repair, we will waive the service call fee and ONLY charge you for the repair.
- 10% Discount on any needed air conditioning repairs
- Sites with 3+ units will receive a discount on the Maintenance Plan
The Commercial Monthly A/C Maintenance Plan service includes:
- Inspection of coolant levels & pressure.
- Checking & adjusting thermostat.
- Cleaning drain pan, drain line and adding algae tablets to prevent growth.
- Replacement of filters.
- Inspecting wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays.
- Inspecting evaporator coil.
- Inspecting condenser for the need of a cleaning.
- Inspecting outdoor disconnect.
- Inspecting condenser fan motor & blades.
- Inspecting compressor at startup.
When completed you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.
